Monitoring and
Evaluation Procedure
The
college conducts an annual Course Development Survey with its students to
assist with programme improvement. The
questionnaire includes questions concerning lecturer performance. Input from the survey contributes to staff
Performance Appraisals, which are intended to identify strengths that may be
developed, as well as areas of underperformance where remedial action needs to
be taken. A staff development plan is
produced from these Performance Appraisals.
