Delivery policy
Subject receipt of payment, enrolments will be processed within 10 (ten) days and confirmed by way of a Confirmation of Enrolment letter. If the student is enrolling in a distance course, the courseware will be posted within 10 (ten) days of the receipt of complete documentation. |
Return and Refunds policy
The provision of the course by Inscape Design College is subject to sufficient students enrolling in the courses. In cases of cancellation of a course, Inscape Design College will refund the client in full within 30 days. |
Customer privacy policy

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard credit cards or by bank transfer into the Inscape Design College bank account, the details of which will be provided on request |

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Inscape Design College via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website.
